The Area
Kowloon West is newly developed on the reclaimed land across from the Central District of Hong Kong Island, and one stop by MTR. Kowloon West is the home to new MTR lines connecting HK Island with Chep Lap Kok international airport and Tung Chung Line. The area boasts 4 major residential developments, 5-star hotel and service apartment and ICC (International Commerce Centre), together with huge underground shopping mall, making the area the new major hub for all the activities in Kowloon as a whole.
Transportation
Strategically located with direct access to MTR Airport Express, Tung Chung Line. Old down town area of Tsim Sha Tsui is just adjacent to the area. Within a few minutes of car ride, one can find ferries to China at Canton Road Pier.
