Pokfulam is situated on Hong Kong Island’s western end from Kennedy Town past the Hong Kong University campus extending towards Aberdeen south. This area has emerged as a popular residential area, partly due to the recently built Western Harbour Tunnel and greater development around Sheung Wan. The types of rental properties available vary greatly, from town-houses to low-rise apartment buildings and deluxe high-rise buildings. Many of the colonial style units are quite spacious with high ceilings and panoramic sea view. While not as popular an area as the Peak or Midlevels, properties in Pokfulam are tucked away pleasantly with beautiful greenery and unhindered views of the South China Sea and Lamma Island.

There are plenty of buses, mini buses, and taxis running through Pokfulam towards Central and south towards Aberdeen. With the opening of the Western Harbour Tunnel, Pokfulam benefits greatly with quick access to the airport in Chek Lap Kok.
