Gazing out over Victoria Harbor and the South China Sea, Victoria Peak (known locally as “Peak”) offers residents stunning panoramic views of Hong Kong, rendering this the most prestigious residential area in Hong Kong. Properties on the Peak are generally large and spacious, often colonial in style, and consist mainly of semi-detached and individual houses. There are two shopping malls in the area which feature a number of restaurants. The journey to Central is only 5-10 minutes, adding to the convenience and appeal of the Peak.

While the fresh mountain breezes provide a welcome respite from the city’s crowds, one drawback is that between February and June, the Peak is often shrouded in low clouds, resulting in high humidity.

The Peak is well serviced by buses, mini buses, and taxis in addition to tram service to and from Central. However, many Peak residents may find it convenient to drive to work.
