  5. Coordinate with clients' and owners' solicitors to ensure timely execution of tenancy agreements.Follow-up on unfinished work and arrange contractors for repair work throughout period of tenancy when necessary.

  7. Negotiate lease renewals.
  8. Advise and support our clients on procedures for vacating premises and necessary paperwork.
  9. Provide physical support for smooth, trouble-free handover of premises upon lease expiry.
  10. Provide support for timely settlement of security deposits.
